Karen’s role on the Earliest Interactions team is to oversee the grant that funds the work of the Earliest Interactions team. She is also the person that wrote the grant with support from her team. Karen is a Deaf adult that has three grown children, one of whom is hard of hearing. Her lived experiences as a Deaf adult and a mother of a hard of hearing teenager bring personal experience to our team.
